At The Sun Shop, we value customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  1. Return Eligibility
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • In original packaging with all accessories included
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order number)
2. Non-Returnable Items

We reserve the right to reject returns for:

  • Used, damaged, or altered products not caused by us
  • Products missing original packaging or accessories
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs
3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email at info@thesunshop.ae or through the Contact Us page
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Share photos of the product (if required)
  4. Wait for approval and return instructions
4. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
5. Refunds
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
6. Exchanges
  • Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged products
  • Replacement items will be shipped after approval
7. Warranty

All products are covered under a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
